Sheri & Jerry, Founders & Owners

Sheri Stapleton-Hewitt and Jerry Hewitt are the husband-and-wife founder/owners of Performance Sports Therapy, a woman & veteran-owned local business in Tucson, Arizona. Since 2009, their passionate mission has been to help their ever-growing list of clients experience the life-changing power of natural, non-invasive preventative health care.

Their clients come to them feeling at a loss, not knowing what to do about their physical suffering, fearing that their issue will become permanent or debilitating. They come away educated & empowered, feeling pain-free ease of movement—perhaps for the first time in a long time—enabling them to return to doing what they love most, with greater confidence in their body’s resilience.

Sheri Stapleton-Hewitt

Sheri absolutely loves and enjoys interacting with all the different people that come through their doors. She is enthusiastically dedicated to helping people take charge of their health and well-being.

She specializes in serving her clients with a unique blend of Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy®, Neuromuscular Re-Education Therapy, and the Bowen Technique.

Sheri first became interested in holistic health and wellness in junior high. Empathetically inspired by her own experience with an endocrine disorder and fueled by a fascination with anatomy & physiology, a lifelong passion was born.

In her free time, Sheri loves spending time with her 3 cats, 12-year-old chicken, and ball python snake. She also loves trail running, working out, doing yoga, playing piano, eating healthy, and connecting with nature on all levels.
