We’ll work together to plan manageable changes that will help you to Feel Better and have more energy for life — in a way that works for you.

It’s important to know that I’m not here to pass judgment — just to listen, assess the situation, and help you in the best way I can. The more that I know about you and your life, the better I can support you. Don’t worry — you won’t be told that you can’t eat your favorite foods or that you must exercise in a specific way.

During our first session, you and I will get to know each other, build rapport, and establish what you want to get out of our time together. I’ll also take the time to gather your medical history and learn about your eating habits, your movement and exercise preferences, and your stress profile. This will inform the creation of a successful wellness plan — supported by realistic goals and supports that will fit seamlessly into your life.

We’ll begin the process of setting realistic goals with a practical plan of action informed by the concerns that inspired you to seek support. We’ll also discuss what further goals you may have in mind for future sessions.

I may have resources and other take-homes for you to help you in the coming days, weeks, months, and even years — I’m here to support you for as long as you’d like.

After Your Appointment

I’ll be sure to schedule a follow-up in order to further discuss your progress. You may be asked to keep a food log or to follow up over the phone or email if you’re struggling.

Also, you can always reach out to me if you need extra support in-between appointments. I truly want you to succeed!

    This is about getting to know you specifically and your journey with health. In addition to education about your health & preventive self-care, guidance, you’ll receive a personalized, written Lifestyle Overview with custom recommendations, including Goals and Meal Plans.
